The real provacation came from Greece at a time whenCyprus was the focal point. The Metropolit of Gumulcine, started the the attack on Turkish Embassy by ringing the bells of churches. Fanatic, blood thirsty Greeks attacked Turkish Embassy with sticks and stones, and burned the Turkish Flag that was hanging on the balcony of the Embassy.

Fanatic Greek bikers carrying Greek and Byzantium Flags, brought terror to Turkish quarters. During the night they ransacked the shops belonging to Turkish minority (who are Greek citizens), they attacked the Turkish minority coffee houses, Turkish minorities were beaten horribly. A 50 year old women were dragged on the road. In Rodos, coffins were thrown in the garden of Turkish Embassy.

Any attack to any Turkish representation anywhere in the world is an attack to Turkish nation. We demand that Greece must comply with international laws and must bear its responsibility to protect the embassies and officials of Turkish Republic. Furthermore, they must comply with the Lausanne Treaty in which they are a party to, to protect the human rights of Turkish minority in Greece.

This is the real face of Greece. Where were the CNN, or other media when those attacks took place? Especially in a country which is in record for their cavalier attitude for the lives of foreign diplomats? Four Turkish diplomats (and a daughter of one of them) and an American CIA Officer were killed in Athens during the past decade.
